Research derives its significance from its ability to systematically answer the profound questions that arise from observation.

• An Inquisitive Mind: Everywhere we look, we see things that cause us to wonder or speculate. An inquisitive mind is the necessary starting point—the "spark" that ignites a chain reaction leading into the formal research process.
• Core Questions: The process generally attempts to resolve situations that evoke the following questions:
